Yalla Kaishi provides cross-border business services: market-entry coordination, compliance operations, regulatory translation, due diligence, training and in-country support. We are not a law firm and do not practise law.
Where licensed professionals step in
Whenever a matter requires a legal opinion, representation before an authority, or a regulated activity, we hand the work to licensed law firms in China or the Gulf and coordinate alongside them. We tell you when that handoff happens.
No guarantees of outcome
Government and institutional decisions — visas, licences, registrations, admissions — rest with the issuing authority. We guarantee the quality and timeliness of our preparation and submission, never the decision itself.
Client responsibilities
You remain responsible for the accuracy of the information and documents you provide, for decisions taken on the basis of our work, and for meeting deadlines you control. Tell us early if something changes.
