What we do

Six services. One bridge.

Delivered bilingually, documented professionally, and reviewed by licensed partner counsel wherever the law requires it.

01

Compliance Operations

Turn legal advice into working operations — monitoring, gap assessments and documentation your team can run without us.

  • Regulatory register mapped to your entity
  • Gap assessment with a prioritised fix list
  • SOPs, RACI and evidence templates
02

Regulatory Translation

Arabic ↔ Chinese ↔ English for laws, licences, contracts and filings — by specialists, never by machine alone.

  • Certified-quality translation with reviewer sign-off
  • Bilingual terminology glossary
  • Formatting that matches the source document
03

Market Entry & Licensing

MISA / SAGIA pathways, entity setup, ICP filing and step-by-step entry plans for Saudi Arabia, the UAE and China.

  • Entry roadmap with the critical-path sequence
  • Document checklist with issuing authorities
  • Licence / registration application handling
04

Partner Due Diligence

Operational vetting of distributors, suppliers and agents on both ends of the bridge — before the contract, not after.

  • Corporate & licence verification
  • Capacity, references and site validation
  • Sanctions & adverse-media screening
05

Technology & Tools

Client portals, regulatory update feeds and self-assessment toolkits that make compliance measurable.

  • Shared evidence vault & document control
  • Obligation tracker with owners and dates
  • Regulatory change alert feed
06

Training & Workshops

Questions

Straight answers, before you book.

How do you price your work?

Fixed fee for defined scopes, a capped budget for programmes with uncertainty, and a monthly fee for retainers. Government fees, notarisation and third-party certifications are always passed through at cost with receipts. You receive the price in writing before anything starts.

Are you a law firm?

No. Yalla Kaishi provides cross-border business services: coordination, operations, translation, diligence and training. Where legal advice or representation is required, we work alongside licensed law firms in China and the Gulf, and we tell you when that handoff is happening.

Do you guarantee approvals and visas?

No, and be wary of anyone who does. Approval rests with the relevant authority. What we guarantee is the quality and timeliness of the submission: correct documents, complete filings, tracked deadlines and prompt escalation when a case is queried.

What will you not do?

We do not fabricate documents, misdeclare customs values, backdate filings, or advise you to structure around a rule rather than with it. If the honest answer is that a plan will not survive scrutiny, you will hear that from us first.

How fast can you start?

Discovery calls usually happen within two working days. A written proposal follows within three. Work can start the week you approve it, subject to specialist availability — we will tell you honestly if a named lead is not free.

Is there a minimum commitment?

Sprints and projects have no minimum — they end when the scope ends. Retainers ask for three months so monitoring is meaningful, then roll monthly with 30 days notice.
