What we collect
Only what you send us through the enquiry form or by email: your name, work email, company, country, phone number, the services you select and the details of your brief. We do not buy data, scrape contact lists, or run advertising trackers on this site.
Server logs may record your IP address, browser type and the page you requested, for security and abuse prevention. They are retained for a limited period and used for no other purpose.
Why we hold it
To answer your enquiry, prepare the proposal you asked for, deliver the engagement you instruct, and meet accounting and record-keeping duties that apply to our firm.
Who can see it
The named specialists working on your matter inside Yalla Kaishi, and — only where an engagement requires it — licensed partner firms in China or the Gulf under confidentiality obligations. We do not sell or rent your details.
Our enquiry form is stored in Cloudflare D1, and our hosting and cookieless analytics are provided by Cloudflare. Cloudflare acts as a processor on our instructions, solely to run this website, under its own security commitments. No other form-handling or advertising company receives your details.
Transfers and retention
Because our work is inherently cross-border, your details may be processed in China, the Gulf or elsewhere where our team operates. We keep enquiry data only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymise it — unless a longer period is required by law.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of what we hold, request correction, or ask us to delete it where we have no overriding legal duty to keep it. Write to hello@yallakaishi.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.
